“ My friend and I ordered a couple of cold subs. They were made quickly to order, as they were not very busy during a Sunday afternoon. There was a partial power outage to the building, and some equipment was not working, but the crew was genuinely apologetic to customers coming in to pick up hot orders. I also heard them calling customers to make them aware of the issue. ”
